A collection of works that aimed to explore expressions of mythology and narratives structures as a lens through which to explore the complexities of the human condition. Drawing on psychoanalytic theory with influences from Sigmund Freud and Carl Jung, this project engages with archetypes of the unconscious and symbolic meaning to examine themes such as fear, desire, transformation and inner conflict. Through a combination of figurative and abstract approaches the work visualises psychological tensions, inviting viewers to reflect on the shared myths and landscapes that shape human experience.
