'Colour' was a collaborative installation between myself and artist Jodie Harvey, bringing together my works 'Icons Spun' portrait series and her complementary body of work, 'Journeys through colour'. Through the use of vibrant palettes, layered materials, and symbolic forms, the installation examined the emotional and psychological impact of colour. Colour was explored not just as aesthetic choice, but as a vehicle for memory, identity, and transcendence. The dialogue between our practices created a multisensory experience that invited viewers to reflect on how colour shapes perception and evokes personal and collective connections.
