I am a mixed media artist exploring the entangled world of concealment and revelation; working primarily with film, performance and installation to explore how presence and absence shape perception. My art investigates the emotional and symbolic potential of materials to examine themes of care, discomfort, and transformation.
Forming the concept of 'Post Traumatic Traces’, the stains and residue that unveil the unseen markers of emotional labour. My current practice draws on mythology, psychology, and fragmented narratives I question the structures that provoke the cyclical nature of care, harm and healing. Examining their impact on identity and reconstructing emotional experiences through the traces left behind.
